30 Days No-Risk Guarantee. Is that true!?
That’s right! All purchases are covered for 30 Days from the day of order delivery.
If you order on October 1, 2018 and get your order on October 7, 2018, your purchase will be covered for a total of 37 DAYS!! That is 7 days of shipping period plus another 30 DAYS from the day of delivery to your doorstep! That’s a total of 37 DAYS!
We have a no-nonsense policy when it comes to our customers’ satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with your products, we will issue a full refund, no nonsense questions asked!
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing).
- you receive the wrong item.
- you do not want the product you’ve received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refunds if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of World Of Harry (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed from our payment processor within 2 – 3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Contact your bank if there is a delay. Often there is some processing time before a refund is posted.
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Damaged items are only eligible to be returned within 15 DAYS of receiving the item.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping fees will be handled by you in case you want to return a product which is not damaged/defective.
- To return your product, please mail us at [email protected] with your return details and we will provide you with the return details and address.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item which is non-defective/non-damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
